This notice explains what happens to your information when you use this website.

When you send an enquiry

We use what you send to reply to you and quote for the work. Your enquiry is emailed to PH Windows and Doors through Resend, an email delivery service, and a copy is recorded in the Silver Spider Media Command Centre so it can be tracked and answered. Sending an enquiry is not the same as agreeing to analytics; your enquiry is handled the same way whether you accept or decline optional cookies.

Analytics, and only if you agree

If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site. Until you accept, none of that runs. If you decline, it stays off. Full detail is in the cookie and tracking information.

Separately, we keep a plain tally of page views with no cookie, no storage on your device and no identifier. It is never shared with Google or anyone else.

Where the website runs

This website is hosted on Vercel.

How long we keep things

Enquiries and the records attached to them: 24 months from our last contact with you about it. Analytics information, if you agreed to it: 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
